The T&D Strategy Framework is a forward looking document setting out how T&D will support the achievement of the strategic goals and contribute to effectiveness over the coming years. At ALTA META, during the process of developing T&D Strategy, we take a critical look at the current T&D policies and practices that are in place across all business units. This is followed by an examination of the level of joined up thinking in the T&D and HR areas. We examine whether, the T&D Strategy is internally consistent i.e. Vertically and Horizontally integrated for it to be effective. Vertical integration means integrating the T&D Strategy with the overall HR Strategy and with business strategy at Company and business unit levels.
